I am so glad to see that wench of a character STACY leaving!!!  I am very disappointed that after everything Rex and Gigi went through to be together--they are being torn apart by a RIDICULOUS - ONLY IN SOAPS storyline!!  Can the network just let one couple live happily ever after?  Why is every character so intimidated by a spoiled little brat like Stacy??  Is Rex that stupid?  Is Gigi that desperate?  Gigi should stand by her man--and Schuyler should get a life.  That whole storyline makes me sick and I'm sure it does many other fans!  Rex, Gigi and Shane deserve a chance---will they ever get it???? rcg65_2@hotmail.com

I see more chemistry with Elijah & Tea, than Blair and Elijah. Blair & Todd just need to be by themselves and take care of their kids. fharrisonq@verizon.net

... So rare Starr and Cole may as well be Day Players EVER since the awarding of the medals for their participation in the Drug Bust.

I realize it is an ensemble show, BUT to go from three to four episodes per week for nearly three years with maybe two two week hiatus's each in that period to suddenly being on ONCE a week on average the last twelve weeks, never making it into show descriptions, it is an insult to those of us who fell in love with the show because of the best young romance on TV, Starr and Cole.

I think it is damn near cruel to the viewers, now that Starr is only two months shy of her 18th birthday (a day she and Cole had been looking forward to for the last three years), it is about time to give them an adult LOVE STORY with still some teenage elements ... but the fact that they have only made love twice when Langston and Markko apparently get it on like bunnies IS DOWNRIGHT CRUEL to the point of being so frustrating that I and a lot of others I have talked to have said if they DONT GET Starr and Cole back in a relevant story line where they can work together for once whether it be for the good of their daughter IN ADDITION showing affection between the two for maybe 20 seconds max every 2 weeks which seems to be the quota WE MIGHT HAVE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I dont wanna give up on the show, I get that it is an ensemble and some storylines occasionally move into the background for 13 week intervals as that is the typical contract player rate.  Well, it has now been 13 weeks AND i can honeslty say that if the three of them (Starr, Cole, & Hope) DO NOT get to spend either Xmas or New Years ALONE romantic as a family with cameras the talk which has largely been blarney among me and my friends up until now may indeed become fruition.

There characters are not even listed in the three page OLTL preview on its offficial web site previewing December.

Please let me know what is in store for them before I burn out, seriously...

I am so glad to see Roscoe Born (Mitch) back on the show.  Roscoe is a great actor & he should win an Emmy someday (soon I hope). I'd love to see Mitch & Tina Lord (Andrea Evans), would be a great storyline to see them both together again.

I say Yay, glad he's gone, that Jared Banks!  Jared seemed a bit boring, as well as he and Natalie together. They were a cute couple but boring! She needs a totally new guy. John needs to be with Blair as well. They seemed sweet together. This Marty is not good with John but Christina Chambers was! She was the mature Marty. Susan Haskell seems like the bratty teen we remember from years ago! That's just my OLTL input!!  Kris Varboncouer

Oh NO!  David's staying in London.  TUC WATKINS WE MISS YOU ALREADY! I LOVE MY STARR & COLE TOGETHER.

How about this idea for OLTL? David's mother comes to town, and she is played by Marj Dusay!  She had a one-nighter with Bo, and produced David. Now couldn't  you just see the fireworks between her and and Dorian Lord in Llanview???

I just wanted to say thank you so much for being a part of my family.  I have thoroughly enjoyed the Oliver/Kyle love story! As a gay man, I can so relate to both of these men's experiences.  Its just weird to watch a soap that has the guts to write their story and to have characters that I can actually relate to.  Please keep it going.  The writing for their story has been wonderful and I am so happy they are together now.  I can't wait to watch their story unfold and a few intimate scenes would be nice too. lol.  But I have been a fan since I was 5.  My favorite characters are Oliver, Kyle, Todd, Blair, Rex, Gigi, Viki, Dorian, and David.  Love old faves like Tina, Cord, Max, Gabrielle, Evangeline, Joey, and Alex. Thanks for the many great memories and I look forward to many more!!

I've been a faithful fan of One Life To Live for over 30 years, and would be very disappointed to ever see it end !!  Watching Vicki and all her and her families conflict over the years have been something to always look forward to. Also Dorian and all her coniving over the years have been very entertaining!  I just love to laugh at David and all his schemes. I would sure miss the show if it was no longer broadcast for all to see!!     Yours truly,  Clara Gryca

I am still hopeful of John and Evangeline. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY! One can clearly see that there is something in John's past has caused him to always fall into relationships with woman in trouble except for Evangeline. His romance with Evangeline was the only true relationship he has ever had with a woman.  That's because Evangeline was the only strong woman John had ever fell in love with and the only time he told her was while she was sleeping.  It is truly such an elusive and beautiful love story. I miss that in soap operas. Can't wait for Evangeline to return!   Deana17610

I love the show One Life to Live, and every actor is superior.  The new actress Amanda Sutton, who plays Kim is so wonderful!  What a wonderful asset to your show!  One Life to Live is the best soap opera.  Thank you so much for bringing those characters to life.
Sincerely,
Susan Reid

July 2009

I just returned to soaps after having my first child and becoming a stay at home mom.   I've been an AMC fan for 25 years and now have also become a OLTL fan. Everyday I look forward to OLTL wondering what is going to happen next.  All the story lines keep you on you wondering...... Lately,  I look forward to the Gigi/Stacy/Rex story line.  I hope Stacy gets what is coming to her.   Starr and Cole make the perfect young couple in love and I'm glad they will be bringing up their baby.    Keep the story lines going...You can't help but wonder what is going to happen next!

I have been a OLTL fan for many, many years...and Gabrielle Medina has ALWAYS been my favorite character...BUT...I love Blair and Jessica/Tess/Bess...now...However...give Blair something to do...she has become BORING.  A boring Blair makes a BORING OLTL...Also...DO NOT EVER let TEA go away...she is truly wonderful and brings the "bitchy" back to OLTL...

I wish Gigi would come out with the truth already! its about time Rex knew what Stacy has done, instead of making her such a hero for saving Shane! Rex and Gigi belong together i know as soon as Rex finds out the truth he will drop Stacy  so fast. SKittell128@aol.com

I was so pleased to read on soapnet that Lionel Richie will be appearing on oltl this summer! i love his music, what a great choice!    SKittell128@aol.com

I really enjoyed the scenes with Natalie and Clint in the rain storm, how is the rain created? I hope Natalie and Jared finally are able to have their wedding after all this baby switch is resolved, I think Clint is a caring man and really cares about his family, it was touching when he told Natalie how he felt about Jessica's problems, a true father at that! SKittell128@aol.com

May 2009

I hope Starr and Cole are able to raise their baby, I love these two together anyway and they deserve some happiness. I hope that Blair and Marty continue to get along, I think they could be friends if they put everything that has happened between them behind them. SKittell128

Began watching OLTL around the time of the AIDS/Homophobia storyline and was very impressed by the caliber of acting.  Through this fan club I came across so many devoted fans, some of who became friends.  And though I may have lost a few along the way, with Diane, the years that I have missed have not made ONE bit of difference.  Am now eager to "meet" the fans who have remained steadfast along with those who may be new to the "fold".

I have watched OLTL since I was 13 years old, (currently 47) I have grown up and laughed and cried through it all. Right now I want to Smack that little Brat Lola, but we have to love the plot. I can t wait to see how they are going to bring it into the show that she was the one that killed her mother.  Also, I do not like Clint with Nora, no way! Wouldn’t it be fun to have her and Bo get back together! Finally, we need to have Todd and Blair have one more round about, I think I want to keep John for myself… lol.   I hope to see you all on the luncheon cruise.

I am looking forward to the prom scenes this week! I love Langston and Marko! They are great together, I can't wait to see Starr and Cole dance at the prom, it's been so long since they have had a happy moment.  SKittell128@aol.com

You know, I was just thinking...even if our favorite daytime super couples do end up together, I wouldn't know whether to laugh or cry. For we all know that in daytime, as soon as the reunions and marriages take place, it's only a matter of weeks or months before they're in divorce court. It's like the writers don't even give us a chance to rejoice or celebrate. Then, the proverbial ping-pong game begins...the back and forth, back and forth, until one half of the super couple dies, or leaves town. Sometimes, I wonder if it's REALLY better to have loved and lost, or to just never have loved at all...and, is it REALLY worth it to us, as fans, to invest in these super couples; I mean, where's the REAL payoff?

Signed,
One Bittersweet Fan.

I really like the Jessica/Brody storyline, I love these two characters together! I think Jessica needs a romance now, she has been alone for a while. who is the Killer? I can't wait to find out.                                 SKittell128@aol.com

Great work on 4/29/ 4/30 ' 09  and always. Brandon keep blowing us away, Starr & Cole Rule OLTL.

I am looking forward to finding out who the killer is!  I hope Natalie tells Jessica soon about the baby I would love to see Starr have her baby, but I don't want to see Jessica hurt! I like both characters! it will interesting to see how this unfolds!   Susan Kittell Chatham, new jersey     SKittell128@aol.com

March 2009

Even thou I am not liking Stacy at the moment, Crystal Hunt is a good actress! she plays out Stacy well. but Stacy is rotten! I can't believe she has put Gigi in that awful position, that she would not help Shane unless Gigi left Rex! Gigi should go right to Rex and tell him what she is doing! I hope Gigi comes to her senses! Sue Kittell, chatham, new jersey   SKittell128@aol.com

Hi, thank you for being a conduit for our comments. I wanted to say that I was sorry they had to do away with the character of Wes Granger - he seemed fairly decent and to me had chemistry with Marty until they suddenly had him become more belligerent. I am upset there is yet another 'serial killer' story - they are my least favorite types of stories!
But I continue to love characters like David, Rex and Bo and their interaction. There is a lot of humor to One Life to Live.  I also think Starr and Schuyler have chemistry, even though the pairing is very inappropriate!  Another pair with chemistry is Brody and Jessica - but it's unrealistic that Jessica was let out as soon as she was.
I was not happy with the way Matthew was suddenly talking back and trying drugs - it came out of left field and seemed to be more about story than the character. Eddie Alderson is an excellent actor, though. And I'm glad Nora is back more on the canvas, and it's great to hear that Hank, RJ and Rachel are coming back - that is exciting!  Thanks, Alison
