... So rare Starr and Cole may as well be Day Players EVER since the awarding of the medals for their participation in the Drug Bust.
I realize it is an ensemble show, BUT to go from three to four episodes per week for nearly three years with maybe two two week hiatus's each in that period to suddenly being on ONCE a week on average the last twelve weeks, never making it into show descriptions, it is an insult to those of us who fell in love with the show because of the best young romance on TV, Starr and Cole.
I think it is damn near cruel to the viewers, now that Starr is only two months shy of her 18th birthday (a day she and Cole had been looking forward to for the last three years), it is about time to give them an adult LOVE STORY with still some teenage elements ... but the fact that they have only made love twice when Langston and Markko apparently get it on like bunnies IS DOWNRIGHT CRUEL to the point of being so frustrating that I and a lot of others I have talked to have said if they DONT GET Starr and Cole back in a relevant story line where they can work together for once whether it be for the good of their daughter IN ADDITION showing affection between the two for maybe 20 seconds max every 2 weeks which seems to be the quota WE MIGHT HAVE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.
I dont wanna give up on the show, I get that it is an ensemble and some storylines occasionally move into the background for 13 week intervals as that is the typical contract player rate. Well, it has now been 13 weeks AND i can honeslty say that if the three of them (Starr, Cole, & Hope) DO NOT get to spend either Xmas or New Years ALONE romantic as a family with cameras the talk which has largely been blarney among me and my friends up until now may indeed become fruition.
There characters are not even listed in the three page OLTL preview on its offficial web site previewing December.
Please let me know what is in store for them before I burn out, seriously...

I am so glad to see Roscoe Born (Mitch) back on the show. Roscoe is a great actor & he should win an Emmy someday (soon I hope). I'd love to see Mitch & Tina Lord (Andrea Evans), would be a great storyline to see them both together again.

I say Yay, glad he's gone, that Jared Banks! Jared seemed a bit boring, as
well as he and Natalie together. They were a cute couple but boring! She needs
a totally new guy. John needs to be with Blair as well. They seemed sweet
together. This Marty is not good with John but Christina Chambers was! She was
the mature Marty. Susan Haskell seems like the bratty teen we remember from
years ago! That's just my OLTL input!! Kris Varboncouer

I just wanted to say thank you so much for being a
part of my family. I have thoroughly enjoyed the Oliver/Kyle love
story! As a gay man, I can so relate to both of these men's experiences.
Its just weird to watch a soap that has the guts to write their story
and to have characters that I can actually relate to. Please keep it
going. The writing for their story has been wonderful and I am so happy
they are together now. I can't wait to watch their story unfold and a
few intimate scenes would be nice too. lol. But I have been a fan since
I was 5. My favorite characters are Oliver, Kyle, Todd, Blair, Rex,
Gigi, Viki, Dorian, and David. Love old faves like Tina, Cord, Max,
Gabrielle, Evangeline, Joey, and Alex. Thanks for the many great
memories and I look forward to many more!!
Thanks,

I am still hopeful of John and Evangeline. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY! One
can clearly see that there is something in John's past has caused him to
always fall into relationships with woman in trouble except for Evangeline.
His romance with Evangeline was the only true relationship he has ever had
with a woman. That's because Evangeline was the only strong woman John had
ever fell in love with and the only time he told her was while she was
sleeping. It is truly such an elusive and beautiful love story. I miss that
in soap operas. Can't wait for Evangeline to return!

I wish Gigi would come out with the truth already! its about time Rex knew what Stacy has done, instead of making her such a hero for saving Shane! Rex and Gigi belong together i know as soon as Rex finds out the truth he will drop Stacy so fast. SKittell128@aol.com
I was so pleased to read on soapnet that Lionel Richie will be appearing on oltl this summer! i love his music, what a great choice!
SKittell128@aol.comI
really enjoyed the scenes with Natalie and Clint in the rain storm, how is the rain created? I hope Natalie and Jared finally are able to have their wedding after all this baby switch is resolved, I think Clint is a caring man and really cares about his family, it was touching when he told Natalie how he felt about Jessica's problems, a true father at that! SKittell128@aol.comMay 2009
I hope Starr and Cole are able to raise their baby, I love these two together anyway and they deserve some happiness. I hope that Blair and Marty continue to get along, I think they could be friends if they put everything that has happened between them behind them. SKittell128
You know, I was just thinking...even if our favorite daytime super couples do
end up together, I wouldn't know whether to laugh or cry. For we all know that
in daytime, as soon as the reunions and marriages take place, it's only a
matter of weeks or months before they're in divorce court. It's like the
writers don't even give us a chance to rejoice or celebrate. Then, the
proverbial ping-pong game begins...the back and forth, back and forth, until
one half of the super couple dies, or leaves town. Sometimes, I wonder if it's
REALLY better to have loved and lost, or to just never have loved at
all...and, is it REALLY worth it to us, as fans, to invest in these super
couples; I mean, where's the REAL payoff?
Signed,

I
really like the Jessica/Brody storyline, I love these two characters together! I think Jessica needs a romance now, she has been alone for a while. who is the Killer? I can't wait to find out. SKittell128@aol.com
April 2009
I am looking forward to finding out who the killer is! I hope Natalie tells Jessica soon about the baby I would love to see Starr have her baby, but I don't want to see Jessica hurt! I like both characters! it will interesting to see how this unfolds! Susan Kittell Chatham, new jersey SKittell128@aol.com

Hi, thank you for being a conduit for our comments. I wanted to say that I was
sorry they had to do away with the character of Wes Granger - he seemed fairly
decent and to me had chemistry with Marty until they suddenly had him become
more belligerent. I am upset there is yet another 'serial killer' story - they
are my least favorite types of stories!
But I continue to love characters like David, Rex and Bo and their
interaction. There is a lot of humor to One Life to Live. I also think Starr
and Schuyler have chemistry, even though the pairing is very inappropriate!
Another pair with chemistry is Brody and Jessica - but it's unrealistic that
Jessica was let out as soon as she was.
I was not happy with the way Matthew was suddenly talking back and trying
drugs - it came out of left field and seemed to be more about story than the
character. Eddie Alderson is an excellent actor, though. And I'm glad Nora is
back more on the canvas, and it's great to hear that Hank, RJ and Rachel are
coming back - that is exciting! Thanks, Alison
